The RTLS Value Analysis Engagement is a discovery process to enable hospitals and related clinics to better understand how RTLS and related technologies can impact their organization, based on their own internal processes and data. RTLS Experts shall provide an RTLS Value Analysis report, which will include a findings summary of the discovery process. This report will enable the Health System to identify high-impact areas across the enterprise for improved processes, cost reduction, and increased patient and staff satisfaction. At the end of this report, the Health System will have a clear understanding how RTLS and related technologies, combined with synergistic process changes, can assist the organization in achieving improved operational and financial outcomes. The report will also include a proposed roadmap to implement RTLS technologies and process modifications. Lastly, RTLS Experts will present the high level findings to the Health System's Executive Team in an on-site meeting.
